Looking for a job? Two job fairs planned for the next two days

If you are looking for a job, there are two opportunities this week you may want to check out.

On Tuesday, Boatright Companies will host a job fair in Clanton.{} The hours are 9a.m. to 4p.m. at the Clanton Recreation Center.

The conglomerate is looking to hire fork lift operators, wheel loaders and general laborers.{} Company CEO{}Shane Boatright says anyone with manufacturing experience should apply.{} "In any given plant industry, if it's a production industry, if you've had experience no matter what you were producing, the line for it is all the same," he said.

Wednesday, a job fair will run from 9a.m. to 4p.m.{}at the Talladega Career Center. M-Tek will make parts for the Honda Odyssey and Pilot and the Acura MBX at an industrial park near Talladega.

The plant should be up and running by October.{} The company expects to have 200 workers{}within 3 years.
