Luke Bigham remains jailed in Trussville after court appearance gets pushed back
TRUSSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - An Alabama man who as a child acted in the movie "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" remains in jail after his second arrest in about a month. Luke Bigham, 20, is being held at the Trussville City Jail on charges of third-degree domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He is accused of pushing his mother down the stairs and was arrested Tuesday. Bigham's attorney says the former child actor was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday but the appearance was pushed back. Bigham was arrested in June on a reckless driving warrant. The attorney says both cases will be heard together. Bigham appeared in the 2006 comedy "Talladega Nights" as the 10-year-old version of Ricky Bobby, the movie's main character played by Will Ferrell.
