A felony warrant has been issued for a 47-year-old Bessemer man after police say he used a missing man's credit card.

Bessemer police have charged William Lee Worley with illegal possession of a credit card. Worley is in the custody of the Bessemer Police Department and will be transferred to the city jail. His bond is set at $15,000.

Investigators say the credit card belonged to Jerry Wayne Dailey. His family filed a missing persons report on him on Sunday, November 17. He was last seen on Nov. 13, 2013 wearing a dark colored shirt, black knit cap and a plaid colored jacket. Investigators say he has several health issues and does not have his medicine.
