Man Charged In Tuscaloosa Shooting

Tuscaloosa police have charged a 34-year-old man with murder following Monday's shooting.

Homicide investigators were called to 43rd Court in Tuscaloosa concerning a shooting Monday night at 8:15. They were told two men had been shot and both were at DCH. Upon arrival, investigators learned 20-year-old Jerry Kyandre Little died, and another man was being treated for a gunshot wound to the stomach.

Police later arrested Jeffrey Dwayne Jackson. He is facing murder charges. He was placed into the Tuscaloosa County jail with $75,000.00 bond.{} Investigators say the apparent motive in this case is a failed drug deal.
