Man shot under his carport

      {}{}{} Tuscaloosa Investigators are trying to find out who shot Derrick Graham outside his home early Sunday morning.

      {}{}{}{}Graham remains in the hospital.

      {}{}{}{}His girlfriend tells ABC 33/40 that he had just stepped outside to smoke a cigarette.{}{} Graham tells police a bullet out of no where struck the back of his leg.{}{} He ran into the house and his girlfriend called 911.

      {}{}{} Homicide Investigators say "We don't have a motive and he has not been able to provide us one," says Lt. Kip Hart.

      {}{}{} Graham tells investigators he doesn't know why anyone would want to shoot him.

      {}{}{}{} He listed in fair condition.

      {}{}{}{} Graham's mother, Gloria Graham told ABC 33/40 by phone that her son may have to have surgery because it appears the bullet may have shattered one of his bones.
