Missouri Tigers Offensive Coordinator Steps Down

Missouri offensive coordinator David Yost has resigned, effective immediately.

The university said "personal reasons" were factored in Yost's decision.

The Tigers finished{}5-7 in their first season in the SEC, 2-6 in the conference. The offensive output{}ranked sixth out of seven teams in the Eastern division.

Yost has been an assistant under coach Gary Pinkel for 17 years, the last 12 at Missouri. He had been the Tigers offensive coordinator since 2009 and served as{}the assistant head coach the past two seasons.
