Most stressed out generation? Study says young people

Young people are the most stressed out generation, according to a new study in the American Psychological Association.

The study finds, Millennials and Generation X{}(people ages 18 to 34), say their stress levels have increased since last year. On a 10-point scale, the Millennial Generation and Generation X said their stress level is an average of 5.4. The overall national study hits at an average of 4.9 out of 10.

Experts say the down job market, which has caused many young people to put careers and families on hold, could{}be{}a leading factor.
