Thursday afternoon, Governor Robert Bentley will help cut the ribbon on a new training facility for people with disabilities. It will open at the OfficeMax Distribution Center in McCalla.
The state and the office supply company are partnering to provide disabled adults jobs and the necessary training for those positions. The goal of this Work Readiness Training Program is to give people the tools needed for successful careers.
