Obama Vs. Romney on CMT Music Awards


Presidential elections are usually serious business, but President Barack Obama and likely Republican nominee Mitt Romney are taking a little time for laughs during Wednesday night's CMT Music Awards. {}Obama and Romney have taped video segments that will appear as part of the country music award show's opening segment.The fun kicks off at 7 p.m. Central from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on CMT. {}Toby Keith and Kristen Bell are hosting the awards ceremony. {}A long list of celebrities from across the entertainment dial are scheduled to appear as well, but they'll be battling for attention with the focus on Obama and Romney. {}It's not the first time presidential politics have played a role at the CMTs. Obama and his Democratic challenger Hillary Rodham Clinton and their Republican opponent John McCain taped segments before the last election.
