Organic or Non-organic?

If you buy organic fruits and vegetables, you know they often cost more than{}conventionally-grown produce.{} But, is it worth it?

Stanford University researchers looked at data from hundreds of previous studies. They found there's practically no nutritional difference between organically and non-organically grown produce.

But, if you consider the use of pesticides, there's a big difference.

The study found organic fruits and veggies had a 30% lower risk of pesticide contamination than

non-organic produce.{} However, no studies found specifically that pesticides at

non-organic levels cause harm.
