      Ovarian Cycle training classes available

      The Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation has announced details of the 7th Annual Ovarian Cycle Birmingham Ride to Change the Future. {}It is a 6-hour indoor cycling event dedicated to raising funds to support much-needed ovarian cancer research. {}The Ovarian Cycle takes place Sunday Feb. 23, 2014, at the Levite Jewish Community CenterThere are several ways to participate.
      • Participants can register as individuals and ride for any increment between 1 and 6 hours.
      • Participants can register as part of a team and ride for any increment between 1 and 6 hours.
      • Fundraising minimums are $600 for 5-6 hours, $400 for 3-4 hours or $200 for 1-2 hours.
      Registration is $50, but survivors do not have to pay the fee.There are several FREE training rides available before the event:
