Roc Thomas earned the ultimate All-State honor.
The Oxford running back was selected as Alabama's Mr. Football by the Alabama High School Athletic Directors and Coaches Association.
"It mean a lot, really," Thomas said. "This is humbling. This is a great award to win because I know everyone in this room was deserving. It is definitely special."
Thomas was also named the Class 6A Back of the Year.
The 5-foot-11, 200 pound player rushed for 2,211 yards and 32 touchdowns for Oxford, which finished 9-3 and won it's second region title in three years. The Yellow Jackets were eliminated in the second round of the playoffs.
Thomas finished his high school career 6,169 yards rushing and 82 touchdowns.
He's committed to sign with Auburn next month, which will give the Tigers the last two Alabama Mr. Football winner.
Quarterback Jeremy Johnson took home the award last year.
