Parental alienation to be highlighted in April

Mayor William Bell has proclaimed April 20 - 26, 2014 as "Parental Alienation Prevention Week" and Friday, April 25, 2014, as "Parental Alienation Awareness Day." {}On that day at noon, the Alabama Family Rights Association asks for you to take 10-minutes- wherever you are- to blow bubbles for love."We encourage anyone to participate: mayor's office, court house, churches, businesses, daycare centers, schools, etc. {}Anywhere people are present," writes Kenneth Paschal with the Alabama Family Rights Association. {}You may also choose to decorate trees with blue ribbons at the local park or along the main street in your city to remind everyone of the precious nature of childhood and the responsibility to protect our children. Children should be encouraged to freely love each of their two parents regardless of their parents' marital status."
