      Pittsburgh police discover heroin, firearms during raid on house owned my Deshea Townsend

      Pittsburgh police have two men in custody after a drug bust on a house owned by Deshea Townsend turned up 1,500{} bricks of heroin and more than $100,000 in cash and jewelry, according to numerous media outlets.33-year-old Price Montgomery and 35-year-old James Perrin were arrested after police and DEA agents found the drugs, which were packed in stamped bags. KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh reports law enforcement also seized 16 firearms, two vehicles, Cuban cigars and a live chicken.Townsend, who is a former Alabama and Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back, is an assistant coach at Mississippi State. He was not at the house during the arrest and MSU released a statement saying Townsend has no previous relationship with Montgomery and Perrin:"The property in question was the subject of a lease purchase agreement executed in March 2012. Neither individuals arrested were signatores to the March 2012 lease agreement. Coach Townsend employs a rental agent to conduct his affairs regarding this property and in no way is associated with the activities that may have occurred at a property rented by him to others."
