Primus Mack found guilty of 2 of 3 charges

A jury returned to Judge David Carpenter's room Monday with the verdict for Primus Mack, a Fairfield city councilor.

The jury found Mack guilty of 2nd degree sexual abuse and enticing a child. Mack was accused of{} groping and kissing his teenage granddaughter when she spent the night at his house.

Mack was not found guilty of harassment.

At the time of the alleged incident, Mack also worked as a church pastor and operated a home daycare.
