Publix recalls deli cakes



      If you purchased a birthday cake from Publix in the last week, be aware. The grocery store chain is recalling about 45 cake products over, possible listeria contamination. {}They were sold in several Florida stores between November 11 And November 15. {}So, what is being recalled? {}The seven-inch chocolate layer cake used to make the desserts.{}The grocer stated on their website that they are doing the recall "out of an abundance of precaution." {}Publix says it received notification of the contamination from their supplier, Maplehurst.{}No illnesses have been reported, but the company is issuing the recall as a precaution.
