Greek Turkey Feta Burgers

1 pounds ground turkey
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, divided
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt-free Greek seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Toppings: arugula, roasted red bell pepper, sliced cucumber
1. Combine turkey, 1/4 cup yogurt, Worcestershire, Greek seasoning, pepper and garlic. Shape burgers into 4 1/2-inch-thick patties. Cover and chill 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
2. Cook burgers in a hot nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 7 minutes on one side, flip and cook for 4 more minutes or until done.
3. Spread 1 tablespoon yogurt on each of 4 buns. Place burgers on buns and top evenly with arugula, roasted red bell pepper and cucumber.
