      Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl with mixer until wellblended. Gently stir in whipped topping.{} Place ice cream in chilleddessert bowl.{} Top with 1 - 2 tablespoons of cream cheese topping.{}Sprinkle with chocolate shavings, optional.{} Top with freshstrawberry.{} Serve immediately.{} Makes one serving.{} Note:{}You will have enough cream cheese topping to make several more sundaes.{}You can also make parfaits by layering two scoops of ice cream with twodollops of the topping and add a sprinkle of chocolate shavings in a chilledparfait glass.
