Ricin letters suspect in court Monday

A Mississippi man who describes himself as a patriot with no grudges against anyone is expected to appear in a federal court today on charges that he sent Ricin-filled letters to President Barack Obama and others.

Authorities zeroed in on James Dutschke after they had first arrested another man.

The FBI arrested Dutschke at his house in Tupelo, MS on Saturday. He's charged with making and possessing Ricin for use as a weapon.

The letters tainted with Ricin were sent April 8 to Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi and an 80-year-old Mississippi judge.

Dutschke faces up to life in prison if convicted.
