Romney trying to break Obama's hold on Latino voters

Mitt Romney is implementing a new approach in an effort to cut into President Obama's lead with Latino voters.{} The Presidential candidate is in Los Angeles to speak with the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and says he plans to work with both parties to address the nation's immigration issues and push for economic policies that will aid small business owners.{}

Romney has accused President Obama of "playing politics" by pushing a measure that will temporarily exempt immigrants from deportation after being brought to the U.S. illegally when they were children.
