Samford football got a big gift in a small package.
Running back Krondis Larry committed to play for the Bulldogs. The 5-foot-6 and 155 pound prep star from Miami says he can play anywhere on offense.
"I saw the best opportunity for me to play college ball was at Samford," Larry told AL.com. "Not only is it a good academic school, but I feel like I have an opportunity to help make the program better."
Larry ran for 762 yards and 13 touchdowns last season for Booker T. Washington high school in Miami. He's nicknamed "The Human Jet" and models his game after former Oregon star LaMichael James, who is now with the San Francisco 49ers.
