People can bring drugs no longer needed to the East Gadsden Wal-Mart or to the Etowah County Courthouse.

Vestavia Hills:Bring your medication to City Hall at 513 Montgomery Highway or Vestavia Hills East Precinct. The precinct is located at 3241 Cahaba Heights Road.

Birmingham:People who live in Birmingham can drop off unused and expired prescription drugs at one of the four main Birmingham police precincts. Hoover: Hoover City Hall100 Municipal LaneTo drop off unwanted medication, simply drive around the back of City Hall; officers will be there to assist you from 10am to 2pm.
