      Scottie's Bleu Cheese Dip

      For blue-cheese dip:
      • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
      • 1/3 cup olive oil
      • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
      • 3/4 cup heavy cream
      • 1 bunch celery, cut into sticks

      For Buffalo Wing Sauces:{} (Makes 1 cup)

      MildBuffalo Sauce

      2/3cup butter, melted

      1/3cup hot sauce

      {}

      Medium Buffalo Sauce

      1/2cup butter, melted

      1/2cup hot sauce

      {}

      Hot Buffalo Sauce

      ?cup butter, melted

      ?cup hot sauce

      Preparation:

      1. Combine melted butter and hot sauce inmixing bowl with wire whisk.

      1. You can use it right away by puttingyour cooked chicken in a bowl that is big enough to pour the sauce over thechicken and toss to coat.

      1. Or put in a sealed glass or plasticcontainer and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.{} When you want to use it, loosen lid and microwavein 30 second increments until warm throughout.{}Stir to re-combine.
