Selma High teacher still paid despite charges

A Selma school teacher remains on the payroll despite being arrested months ago on charges of having sexual contact with students.{} 36 year old LaTanglia Williams is on paid administrative leave from her job at Selma High School.{} City school superintendent, Gerald Shirley, says the school board hasn't fired Williams.{} It's unclear whether she will be allowed to continue working at the school.{}

Williams was arrested at the school in April on charges of having sexual relations with multiple students at Selma High.{} She has pleaded not guilty to the charges.{} The state is investigating the city school system.
