      "Sloppy Scotts"

      INGREDIENTS:

      1 lb. Lean Ground Beef

      1/2 Cup Yellow Onions

      1/2 Cup Green Bell Peppers

      1/2 Cup Red Bell Peppers

      1 Tsp. Fresh Chopped Garlic

      Salt & Pepper to taste

      SAUCE:

      1 Cup Ketchup

      1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

      1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

      1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

      {}

      METHOD:

      Saute vegetables for about 3 minutes, then add meat and cook for 5 minutes.

      Strain fat and return to pan.

      Add sauce and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

      optional: To thicken, add 2 tbs. tomato paste.
