A high school student in North Alabama could be in trouble after posting a selfie on Instagram. But this wasn't just any selfie...a UAB cadaver was her backdrop. The student, from Clements High School in Limestone County, was on a field trip to the UAB Biology Department to learn about the Anatomical Donor Program. She posted the photo, and it was later reported to school officials. The photo has since been removed. Students were not supposed to have cameras or cell phones in the lab with donated bodies, and sheets covering the cadavers were not supposed to be removed. Investigators with the Limestone County Sheriff's Office are questioning students at Clements High School. They say the University of Alabama at Birmingham is "understandably upset" over the incident. UAB has not released a statement concerning the matter.
