Study: Lactose-intolerant people can enjoy milk
According to a new article on health.com, lactose intolerant people may be able to enjoy cow's milk.
Scientist say that milk produced from genetically modified calves could be the answer. The milk does not contain B.L.G., the protein that is believed to trigger allergies.
The experiment detailed in "The National Academy of Sciences", was the first time researchers have altered the protein composition of milk before it leaves the cow.
