Summer sleeping schedule
Children are on summer vacation right now which means they are probably sleeping later. However, one child psychologist says this late sleeping could lead to a problem.Dr. Joe Austerman says it becomes difficult for teenagers to suddenly change their sleeping pattern. He recommends keeping children on somewhat of a regular sleep schedule during the summer months. Austerman also says parents who negotiate a wake-up time with their children should also make sure that time coincides with a bed time.
