Suspect arrested in Tuscaloosa credit union robbery

Tuscaloosa Police have made an arrest in connection to the robbery of the Tuscaloosa Teachers Credit Union last week.

Keondrae Devon Long is charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree receiving stolen property.{} The 23-year-old is currently being held at the Tuscaloosa County Jail on a $62,500 bond.{} Police say pictures and videos from multiple Crime Stoppers tips helped to identity Long as the suspect.{}

The robbery happened just before 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the bank located on 6570 Highway 69 South. Criminal investigators and patrol officers found Long and arrested him on a previous warrant for receiving stolen property Monday afternoon. Investigators questioned Long about the robbery before finding probable cause to charge him with the crime.
