Suspect from Florida arrested in Tuscaloosa

Tuscaloosa police along with members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested 23-year-old Christopher Judge.Judge was wanted on felony charges out of Florida. Task force officers had been contacted by the Pasco County Sheriff's office where Judge was wanted for felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine, lewd and lascivious battery and a failure to appear as a material witness in a murder case. The task force had received information he was in Tuscaloosa.{}Officers located him at a house in the 4600 block of Highpoint Drive where he was hiding Tuesday. He was arrested on fugitive from justice warrant. Investigators say probable cause was found to charge him with possession of a controlled substance. He was placed in the Tuscaloosa County jail pending a 15,000 bond and a hold was placed on him for Pasco County, Florida.
