Agents arrested two Tuscaloosa residents -- 35-year-old Chip Ervin and 28-year-old Andrea Harbin -- and a Northport man -- Jack Nathaniel Washburne III -- Friday afternoon, Jan. 17. According to a release, undercover agents made several purchases of the potent marijuana from the suspects during their investigation, which remains ongoing.

Harbin is charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance and is being held on bonds totaling $30,000.

Washburne is charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance and one count of attempting to elude. His bond has been set at $20,000.

All three suspects are being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail.
