Task Force will distribute $60 million Penn State fine

A 10 member task force has been formed and charged with establishing guidelines on how to distribute the $60 million fine that Penn State will pay after the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.

The money will be used to fund programs that aim to prevent child sexual abuse and help victims all across the country.{} After the task force sets policy, a third party administrator will choose which nonprofit groups receive the money each year.
