Teens will be prosecuted for throwing brick from overpass in Tuscaloosa
The case against two teens accused of throwing a brick from a Tuscaloosa overpass will move forward.
A District Court Judge decided there is enough evidence to prosecue 16 year old Adam Herren and Jordan Price on first degree assault charges.
They were arrested in September, accused of throwing a brick from the Keenes Mill overpass onto Interstate 59. It crashed through the window of an SUV driven by Melissa Jones. She suffered a collapsed lung and several broken bones.
