The Salvation Army stands with responders at hostage crisis

Volunteers and staff from The Salvation Army in Dale and Houston Counties continue their response in support of first responders and families in the continuing hostage crisis in Midland City.{} The Salvation Army's Mobile Feeding Unit has been working non-stop since the crisis began to meet the physical and emotional needs of responders and residents.{} Since Tuesday evening, over 1,000 hot meals has been served.{} The Salvation Army has also provided meals, snacks and drinks for the family of the hostage child.{} The Dale County Baptist Association will be partnering with the Salvation Army at the Command Center to offer support and prayer to responders and volunteers.
