Crimson Tide, Bulldogs' fans enjoy SEC Fanfare in Atlanta
Alabama and Georgia fans are enjoying fun and games ahead of Saturday's big match-up
at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The SEC opened its Fanfare Friday afternoon at 1 p.m.
At the event, held inside the Georgia World Congress Center, fans played sporting games,
enjoyed entertainment and purchased gear. They also engaged in friendly banter over which
team would win the SEC Championship and head to the national title game.
"We are going to eat them for lunch," says 11-year-old Alabama fan Jackson Simmons.
However, Georgia fan Jim Pruett tells ABC 33/40 not so fast.
"We are going to decimate Alabama. It will be close but I think, in the end, Georgia will come
through," Pruett says.
The SEC Fanfare re-opens Saturday at 9 a.m. EST.
