Tips to help deal with stress in the workplace

Stressed out? Use these tips from Cleveland Clinic to help curb your nerves:

1) Breathe Deeply{}{}{} Our bodies use more oxygen when we are stressed, and breathing deeply and often can help get more oxygen to the brain.

2) Get Moving{}{}{} Get up and move around during the day. Just a 10 minute walk can help you become more productive and creative.

3) Liven Up Your Workspace{}{}{} You can do this by adding plants and soft colors like yellow and blue.

{}4) Focus and Recognize Your Accomplishments {}{}{} Work on one project at a time and when you complete a project, take a minute to appreciate a sense of accomplishment.
