What do you look for in a hotel room?
Cleanliness? A comfortable bed? Maybe a few amenities? If so, you might want to stay away from these hotels.
Consumer Reports, and J.D. Power & Associates released a report of some of the worst hotels. Topping the list, Baymont Inn & Suites.
Customers have complained of bed bugs, stained sheets and other foul odors in the rooms.
However, both surveys found that, overall, customers have become happier with their hotel experience in recent years.
That may be because many chains have updated their rooms and added amenities.
