A road rage incident turned deadly in Maryland. A New Jersey police officer faces second-degree murder and manslaughter charges for gunning down a man who was approaching his vehicle.
The officer was off-duty and with his family at the time of the incident. The officer told authorities he identified himself, but the man continued to walk toward him "aggressively."
He's being held on a $1 million bond.
