Paris Jackson

The daughter of the "King of Pop" may be going through some very tough times. There are reports out of California that Paris Jackson might have tried to kill herself.

Paris' mother, Debbie Rowe told entertainment tonight that Paris was "rushed to the hospital with cuts on her wrist.

Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine, released a statement through her lawyer this afternoon saying quote "being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you. Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention. Please respect her privacy and the family's privacy."

Gordon Gee Retirement

Ohio State University president Gordon Gee talked more today about his retirement. He is leaving OSU after a tape surfaced of him making controversial remarks about Roman Catholics during a meeting last December.

Gee apologized for his remarks and says it's time for him to move on. Gee's retirement is effective July 1.

Flushing Recruiting Letters

Five-star football recruit Elijah Hood got a big dose of humility. He apologized to the University of Alabama at the urging of his high school coach.

He posted a video online that shows him flushing recruitment letters from The Tide down the toilet.

He said his attempt at humor was "immature and wrong." Hood is committed to play at Notre Dame.

Michelle Obama Heckled

The First Lady had a rare run-in with a heckler at a fundraising event in Washington. Michelle Obama was helping raise money for the Democratic National Committee at a private residence, when an audience member interrupted her.

She threatened to leave, but instead let the crowd decide if they wanted to continue to hear her speak or the heckler.

The protester was escorted out.
