Tuscaloosa County deputies arrest man twice in five days on meth related charges

On April 28th, 2013 deputies with Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office responded to an address in the 14000 Block of Rue Rd. on a Domestic call. The responding deputy recognized the address from a previous call on April 23 where Ronald Sutton Jr. was arrested on drug related charges.

While investigating the Domestic call, the deputy noticed a metal canister burning in the yard. As the deputy looked closer he found the components for a Meth Lab and what is commonly referred to as "One Pot" method for making Meth. Mr. Sutton was arrested for Trafficking Meth and Unlawful Manufacturing a Controlled Substance 1st Degree. His total bond is $ 200,000.00.{}

Five days earlier on April 23rd, deputies were at the same residence and arrested Sutton and charged him with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond was set at $10,000.00 and he was able to bond out of jail.{} Agents with the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force assisted in both of Mr. Sutton's arrests.
