Tuscaloosa man charged with rape second degree
A 26-year-old Tuscaloosa man has been charged with three counts of second-degree rape, the Tuscaloosa Police Department reported Wednesday.
Christopher Quin Price was arrested at 11:05 a.m. today in the 1700 block of East McFarland Boulevard and placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail with a bond set at $90,000.
Price, then 25, allegedly raped a then 12-year-old sometime last year. Parents of the victim contacted Tuscaloosa Police Juvenile Investigators last week after learning of the incident. Authorities continue to investigate the case and more charges are expected to be filed.
Price's Facebook profile says he is a Sales Associate at Buckle, a clothing retail chain with a location in Tuscaloosa.
