Tuscaloosa man accused in toddler son's hot-car death in Georgia due in court

ATLANTA, Ga. -- A Tuscaloosa man who left his child in a hot car for seven hours is due in court today for a preliminary hearing. Justin Ross Harris has been charged with Second Degree Cruelty to a Child and Felony Murder. His son, Cooper, died after being left in a hot SUV for several hours. The 22-month-old was laid to rest this past weekend in Tuscaloosa. Harris has entered a not guilty plea.{}
