Two Montgomery students arrested, charges pending after threats

Two Montgomery students have been arrested after allegedly making threats.

Montgomery police say two students have been arrested in one week for making terrorist threats against public schools.

The police chief says a 14-year-old female student was arrested, Friday, after a written threat to blow up Bellingrath Middle School was found on a bathroom wall. Earlier in the week, a 14-year-old male student was charged with a similar incident at McKee Middle School.

Police Chief Kevin Murphy believes these acts aren't pranks. He says they are criminal acts and will result in criminal charges.
