JEFFERSON COUNTY, Alabama -- A 12-person jury assigned to the Railroad Park shooting trial is now in deliberation to decide the fate of Justin Jones, the Birmingham teen charged with murder in the case. The defense attorney for Jones, who is accused of fatally shooting 15-year-old Jarmaine Walton in March of last year, argued that there is no evidence linking his 18-year-old client to the shooting. However, prosecutors claimed that Jones "wildly" fired several shots at the park, one of which hit and killed Walton. A crime scene investigator testified that there were no fingerprints found on the murder weapon. ABC 33/40's Larry Miller is in the courtroom awaiting a verdict from the jury.
