      Warning about drinking soda daily

      Dietitians at Cleveland Clinic are raising concerns over drinking soda every day.

      Sugary drinks have been associated with obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease. According to a doctor at Cleveland Clinic's Wellness Institute, even one can of soda a day can hurt your health. In fact, in a recent study, daily soda consumption was directly linked to an increased risk of stroke....16% to be exact. That includes diet drinks.

      Doctors recommend everyone cut back on sodas by replacing them with water, coffee or tea.
