Do you have a long commute to and from work?

It could be bad for your health.

That's according to a new study by Washington University School of Medicine.

Researchers found people who commuted 10 miles or more{} each way were more likely to have higher blood pressure.

Those who traveled 15 miles or more are likely to have bigger waistlines or to be obese.

The study monitored the health of more than 4,000 adults.

It's important to note that diet, exercise and sleep habits were not looked at in the study.
