      More people may raise their glasses to more mixed messages about drinking wine.A new Spanish study suggests a little wine might help people avoid depression.{}A preventive medicine and public health expert at the University of Navarra, in Pamplona says, while drinking a lot of wine or other alcohol may be a sign of depression or other mental health problems, alcohol in moderation may benefit mental health.{}{}{}{} He says in the same way a little wine may be good for the heart.{}{}{} The study's researchers are talking about one drink a day preferably wine to possibly help prevent depression. {}{}{}{} Researchers contend, while drinking a lot of wine or other alcohol may be a sign of depression or other mental health problems, alcohol in moderation may benefit mental health.{}{}{} Other mental health experts not involved with the study had reservations about the findings.{}{}{}{} The report appears in the online journal, BMC Medicine.
