      If you are one of those people who just can't live without your phone, here's a reason to put it down.{}{}{}{} Research suggests excessive texting can cause sleep problems.{} Researchers at Washington Lee University found people who send the most texts experience the most sleep problems.They believe it is because people feel pressure to respond to message immediately regardless of the time.{}{}One doctor says this reinforces previous evidence that suggests a link between mobile phone use and poor sleep in teenagers.
