Suspect sought in connection with shooting death of Fairfield teen arrested

UPDATE: A second man wanted in the shooting death of a Fairfield teenager-- is in custody. Phillip Jamarcus Moore is in the Jefferson County Jail on a $75,000 bond.

He and Marquis Bell are charged in the shooting death of Eric Dial Jr.

Dial died on Feb 15th on 43rd street in Fairfield.

Dial is the second teenager to die in Fairfield in less than one month's time.


Fairfield Police Chief Nick Dyer tells ABC 33/40 officers have taken one person into custody connected to yesterday's shooting death of Eric Dial.

Marquise Bell, 29, is charged with murder. The chief also says officers have a warrant for the arrest of 25-year-old Phillip Moore.

Chief Dyer says Moore is also to be charged with murder when caught.
