Birmingham man indicted on murder charge
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. —
A Birmingham man is now under indictment for murder in a hospital worker’s shooting death at her home.
Court documents show the Jefferson County grand jury indicted Henry Williams Gosha during its session on August 25th.
Gosha was arrested for the February shooting death of Cassandra Cherry.
She was shot multiple times in her home in the 600 block of Goldwire Place.
Gosha remains in the Jefferson County jail with bond set at $450,000.
No court date has been set yet.
